Our Story
NINE58 is a dynamic and entrepreneurial corporate finance boutique active since December 2019.
We are fully licensed in the UK and Europe to advise corporate companies, financial investors or business owners for mergers, acquisitions, divestments, fundraising, debt financing, and valuations. We have offices in London and Paris and can execute transactions in English, French or Spanish.
Our flexible, generalist small to mid-market approach supported by a unique network of senior advisors enables us to provide tailored expertise to our select clients across a variety of different sectors. We focus on the Health & Wellbeing, Technology and Energy sectors.

Building on a year of practice, NINE58 opens offices in Paris and further expands the team, highlighting the success of the platform

NINE58 has grown its team to 12 and continues to make a difference and leave its mark by always creating added value through a very effective origination and execution supported by powerful networks

NINE58 was created in December 2019 in London and our company’s name refers to Usain Bolt’s 100m world record of 9’’58 – we own these iconic shoes!
